MORE THAN A LOGO ON A POLO.
Our background is rooted in entertainment costuming, character design, and themed storytelling—including experience with Disney Imagineering and the development of garments built to support a larger creative world. That means we approach uniforms differently. We don’t see them as simply shirts, jackets, or polos with a logo added. We see them as part of the guest experience.
A strong operational uniform should communicate who your team is, where they belong, and what kind of world your guests have stepped into—all while still doing the very practical job of getting people through a workday comfortably, consistently, and professionally.
That balance between storytelling and real-world function is where Kapow lives.
THE WHOLE SYSTEM MATTERS.
We combine experience in costume development, visual storytelling, and world building with global apparel manufacturing to create uniforms that can move from concept artwork to production-ready garments. Whether the goal is a subtle themed detail for a hospitality team, a completely custom uniform program for an attraction, or something in between, we think about the entire system: silhouette, color, print, fabrication, durability, sizing, repeatability, and how the garment fits into the environment around it.
DETAILS ARE PART OF THE DESIGN.
Our manufacturing network also allows us to think beyond traditional uniform catalogs. Custom prints, trims, embroidery, specialty fabrics, coordinated separates, and purpose-built garments can all become part of the conversation rather than limitations you have to design around.
CREATIVE INSTINCTS. OPERATIONAL THINKING.
For attractions, entertainment venues, hospitality operations, festivals, themed retail, and guest-facing businesses, that creates an unusual combination: the creative instincts of a costume department with the production capabilities of an apparel manufacturer.
The result is operational clothing that does more than identify staff.
It helps tell
the story.
