1. Who we are

2. Information we receive
If you submit a contact or concept inquiry, we receive the name, email, organization, message, and any optional project details or planning answers you choose to send. The planning brief can be created without entering an email; its answers are only sent to us if you choose to submit the follow-up inquiry. If you email or message us directly, we receive what you send through that channel.
Our hosting and inquiry protection may process technical information such as your IP address, request details, and timestamps to deliver the site and protect the forms from abuse. The public uniform archive loads concept images and metadata from Google Firebase when you view it.
3. How we use information
We use inquiry details to review your project, reply to you, and continue a conversation you request. We also use limited technical information to run and secure the site. Submitting an inquiry does not sign you up for marketing emails.
4. Services involved
We use Replit to host the website and its inquiry service, Resend to deliver inquiry emails to our business inbox, and Google Firebase to serve the public concept archive. These providers process information needed for their respective functions. If you choose a direct WhatsApp or email link, those services handle your communication under their own privacy policies. We do not sell inquiry information.
5. Storage and security
Inquiries are delivered to our business email inbox rather than stored as site accounts. Copies may remain in email systems and provider records. We keep information as needed to respond, manage business correspondence, and meet applicable obligations. No internet service is completely secure; please do not include sensitive information in an initial inquiry.
6. Cookies and tracking
We do not currently use advertising pixels or a marketing cookie banner on this site. Essential browser or hosting features and third-party services may still use technical storage or process connection data to function. If we add non-essential tracking, we will update this policy and provide choices where required.
7. Your choices and rights
You can choose not to send an inquiry and can use the planning brief without submitting it. To request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information you sent us, email hello@resirwrecked.com. We may need to verify your request and retain information where required by law. Your rights depend on where you live.
8. Children and changes
This business inquiry site is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child submitted information, contact us so we can address it. We may update this policy as the site changes; the effective date above shows the latest version.
